Dellas spa and Alorhum sign an important distribution and technical support agreement, which will bring countless solutions in response to a growing demand for technology and quality that the Mexican ceramic industry is experiencing.<\/p>\n

The agreement came at a time of\u00a0strong expansion for both entities: Dellas spa has been present in the Mexican market since 2018 and was looking for a local partnership to provide technical and logistical support for the distribution of its products; Alorhum, which for more than 20 years has specialized in the commercialization of raw materials and consumable tools on the end of the line for the ceramic industry, was looking for a partner with its own production that can design and supply innovative and high-performance diamond tools<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

\nMart\u00edn Ontiveros is the sales manager of Alorhum’s ceramics division (left in the photo). He is a sunny and sociable person with whom there has been a transparent and fair exchange of views from the very beginning. The widespread and recognized presence of Alorhum on the lines, with the extreme elasticity of use of Dellas products, meant that the collaboration, which began only in October 2022, we immediately found practical and real feedback in the market.<\/div>\n
After all, when the working philosophy is similar and shared and is based on values of honesty, respect and product quality, loyalty is higher.<\/div>\n

The presence of Dellas products in prompt delivery in Alorhum’s warehouses in Monterrey and San Luis Potos\u00ed allows companies in the local ceramic districts (San Luis Potos\u00ec, Zacatecas, Guanajuato and Monterrey) to obtain supplies in a timely manner, ensuring a high-quality product.<\/div>\n
Today, in fact, their product and brand portfolio includes all lines of our diamond tools intended for squaring, lapping, cutting, profiling, honing and chamfering.<\/div>\n

In October, at Obra Blanca Expo, in Mexico City, we will be present at the Alorhum booth to present our products to the public who will be visiting us. We will have a chance to evaluate the trend and forecast future trends, to achieve the goals from an integrated business perspective.<\/p>\n

Mart\u00edn Ontiveros es el director comercial de la divisi\u00f3n cer\u00e1mica de Alorhum (a la izquierda en la foto).
