Diamond cutting disc for heading machine

The cutting disc is a diamond tool used on cutting machines, usually in a continuous line for serial production. This disc is designed to square cut the first and last part of marble, granite and agglomerate slabs coming from a block cutter or cutting centre. It is designed and manufactured using the latest technology and is intended for wet use. Thanks to our in-house stone analysis laboratory, we are able to study the composition of materials in order to select the most efficient and suitable diamond segment for cutting.

Features

Our range includes discs of different diameters (200 to 400 mm), with narrow teeth (for a perfect cut) or wide teeth (if you just need a medium finish cut). It is also possible to have different segment sizes depending on the material you are working with (marble or granite).

Customisation

We are organised to be able to customise any type of disc according to the material you are working on. The parts of the disc we can work on are:

  • Disc diameter;
  • Central hole, which can vary according to the type of machine;
  • Narrow or wide teeth, depending on the type of cut you want to achieve;
  • Type of core: normal or silent;
  • Composition of the diamond segment to obtain the best cut on the specific materials you are working on.
