The milling cutter is used for various types of cutting: profiling, trimming and cutting to size of semi-finished marble, granite and agglomerates. Through its in-house stone testing laboratory, DELLAS can study the composition of the material to be process and offer the best performing diamond product suited to meet the customer’s needs.

Features

Our range includes:

  • Standard discs: with diameters ranging from 300 to 1400 mm, with narrow or wide toothing and variable segment sizes depending on the type of material to be processed;
  • Large discs: with diameters ranging from 1500 to 3500 mm, with wide toothing and different segment sizes depending on the type of raw material to be processed.

Customisation

We are organised to optimise the diamond segment production process in order to produce customised tools based on individual requirements. The disc parts we can work on are:

  • Disc diameter;
  • Central bore, which can vary according to the type of machine supplied;
  • Narrow or wide teeth, depending on the type of cut required (a perfect cut or a medium finish cut);
  • The composition of the diamond segment, in order to obtain the best cut on the materials you are working on.
